Please be advised that our organisors and Volunteers hold the authority to revoke your ticket without any refund and request your departure from the event in the event of non-compliance with their instructions or any form of abusive behaviour towards others in attendance. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour to any of the volunteers, staff members or other attendees. We will report any abusive behaviour to the concerned departments immediately. We will not refund any money after purchasing the ticket. The organisors have the full right to change the terms and conditions and to cancel the event at any time without any prior notice. You must reach by 5:30 pm on th eday of the event for the entry. We will close the door of entry at 5:50pm to start the show exactly at 6pm.
We will not refund any monies if you are cancelling the ticket after purchase. We will refund the money only if we are cancelling the show. In the event of a refund the money will be in your bank in 7 - 14 working days only.
There are plenty of free parking available. Parking your vehicle in the Westland's car parking is entirely upto your own resposnibility and risks.
